Serangoon Plaza was enbloc for $400M. It is a mixed development of 128 strata office and retail units which houses a branch of Mustafa, the iconic shopping mall in District 8. The tender was closed with the offer of $1,946 per sqft of maximum floor area.

This is a piece of good news to the properties in the vicinty, namely Cityscape @ Farrer Park, 28RC, 8 Farrer Suites, and few upcoming projects. These projects will have an advantage in terms of psf.
